We collect only the information required to process and ship your order: name, address, email and payment confirmation. PayPal checkout is being prepared first. Stripe card checkout is under review as the second payment option and may be added after our U.S. Stripe/Atlas structure is confirmed. Card details are never stored on our servers.
For U.S. customers, checkout is being prepared around PayPal first. Stripe card checkout is being reviewed as the second payment path, with support planned for major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX once live.
Orders ship within 2–5 business days. Oversized items (coilovers, big brake kits) ship freight and may require a signature. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or mis-shipped.
All patzcom parts carry a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty. Damage from racing, off-road abuse or improper installation is not covered.
